Dio's Commission for Vradney

Since he was a Dio fanatic, i thought of giving another friend of mine, Vradney one of celloxiii's wonderful chibi arts.

Vradney was a friend in Guam, and he plays NAGC. I met him at FB, and we got along great, he even made me an Emblem User at Ninja Saga and gave me some things, he's such a wonderful guy.

If i have been a girl... I would've fallen for him already... Too bad, it's not!
